WINR Donated Wheels provides reliable cars to those in need.

If you need a car:

  • To gain, retain, or improve your employment status.
  • To deal with everyday challenges like child care, medical, school and other appointments so you can keep a job

Qualification for the program:

  • Residency is required in one of the following counties of Wisconsin: Winnebago, Brown, Outagamie, Calumet or Waupaca.
  • Income must be less than 225% of Federal poverty level. See table in "Frequently Asked Questions."
  • You need to have a job or a good job lead
  • Valid driver's license
  • You need to pay for car insurance, a processing fee and necessary repairs for donated vehicle. On occasion, funds are available from community sources to assist in meeting this requirement.

WINR Donated Wheels is supported by the United Way, private donors, foundations, government agencies, and area churches. Our program matches people with cars to break down transportation barriers.
