Motivated by God's love, we seek to bring dignity to others by bringing agencies and faith communities together as partners to fulfill people's basic needs, educating individuals in the community in justice issues related poverty, and providing advocacy on behalf of people in need.

WINR Programs

Donated Wheels:
This program provides donated vehicles to income eligible families who need reliable personal transportation to gain, retain or improve their employment status.

Loan Programs:
WINR provides 0% interest loans to income eligible families who need to: Improve or retain employment.

  1. Purchase a car
  2. Make major repairs to their vehicles ($500 to $2,000)
  3. Make minor repairs (Up to $500)

Back to School Fair:
In August of each year, a Back to School Fair is held in the greater Oshkosh area. Children receive backpacks, grade appropriate school supplies, clothing and many more useful items.

Oshkosh Community Bike Program:
WINR's newest effort is a collaborative program with local law enforcement to get unclaimed bikes repaired and into the hands of low-income families. The program hopes to make an impact on employment, getting children to school, juvenile obesity and provide bike safety training.
